As you can see your product comes with two Velcro straps come neatly bundled - 1 larger and 1 smaller. The larger strap is designed to fit around the bigger part of your forearm.

• Blow Dryer

In this step you'll need to remove the red coverings over the glue. Using tweezers is recommended - gently slide your tweezers between the glue and the red cover to carefully lift it off. Don't rush this step, being gentle ensures you don't mess up the glue underneath. Once you've got that red cover off, you're ready to place the guards.

Take your time to line up your guards carefully on the glue. Make sure everything is aligned just right before pressing them down. Now press firmly on each guard for about 30seconds.

Next, grab a blow dryer and set it to maximum heat. Apply heat directly to each guard for around 30 seconds.

After that, leave the setup alone for 2 to 4 hours. This gives the glue plenty of time to fully set and form a strong bond.

From the two straps you were given the shorter strap goes into the front of the product, wrapping around your wrist, and the longer strap into the back, securing your forearm.

Firstly, slide the thin end through the front slot until the plastic adjuster catches and secures it in place. Then, fold the strap over - pressing it down firmly. Repeat this for both sides and you're all set. If you want to use this on your other arm swap the bigger strap to the front and the smaller one to the back, then flip the product around.

Once you're happy, slide the product on your arm and tighten the Velcro straps.
