  • Retainit utilises shipping via Sendle for international orders and will calculate the costs dependent on the address it is being sent to
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic orders are shipped via Sendle and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post International and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
